Resolve of required access upgrades/improvement for Park Avenue--to <br />either upgrade to a 24’ paved road or paved extension at the existing <br />paved width with a loop turn around provided within the subject property. <br />Final plan for access to site must be reviewed by the City Engineer. <br />All future development to meet standards of the LR-IB 2^ning District. <br />Per Section 10.03. Subd. 10. the lot is classified as a through lot. A conditional <br />use permit is required for the construction of accessory structures on such a lot.
