Gamble. Ul and Qualro. Inc., a Minnesota corporation, (hereinafter <br />"the subdividen*): and <br />WHmEAS* on November 14. 19‘M, the City Council ^>p^oved Resohttkm No. <br />standardn of the RR-1A Rural Residential Zoning Dbtrict finding that each lot b of « <br />configuration that would allow its use as a single family residence to be fully developed withou <br />the need of any further variances; and <br />WHEREAS* the subdivider has completed all retpiiiements of the plattii^ <br />regulations of the City, including: <br />1 Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 3495, the resolution that <br />granted preli minary approval of the two lot plat. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />3. Dedication on the plat of right-of-way for a public road shown as Bayside Road <br />(County Road No. 84). <br />4.
