They would like to purchase a ponion of the tax forfeit parcel to expand their rear y <br />Parifgmund of the Valek Ownership . <br />When^ Valeks tax forfeit parcel along with their c«"ent property they coimn^^^^ <br />their home ai me far rear of the lot wim the plan to rearrange the lot line to <br />the 10 acre parcel to their homestead lot. When they entered into an agr^nt to <br />acre parcel thev planned to do the lot line reartangetnem as part of the suMivi^n. <br />fellfthrough and the developer lost me propenv. the Valeks lost then opportuntty <br />to increase the size of their lot tc create a larger rear yard area. <br />I have attached an information packet provided by Bndgew^ o^Hncludes exeSnging <br />proposal regarding a residential development for the area, ^e pr ^ exchange <br />laT^the tax forfeit parcel to facilitate the development. The specifics of the land exchange <br />are outlined in uteir proposal.
