Assessment roll. <br />Each year the city certifies to the county, all unpaid annual service charges for the septic <br />inspection program fees, the annual recycling program fee, and all delinquent sewer and water <br />accounts of $15.00 or more, to be collected wHh the following year ’s taxes. In addition to the <br />outstanding amounts delinquent, the city adds eight percent (8%) interest to all accounts, and <br />and administrative fee to the septic accounts. At this time the total to be assessed Is $64,195.95 <br />including administrative fees. This amount will be decreased by any pre-payments received up <br />to the final payment date of November 28.1994.
