A ten stall lot was initially considered because that is what the <br />zoning code calls for. It is staffs determination that the lot be limited to six spaces due to the <br />amoum of traffic. <br />The proposed lot has been staked to show the size of the lot and where it will be located on the <br />site. <br />The parking lot will also accommodate a drive-up mail drop. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve a variance to the front setback requireroem to en^le the construction of a <br />parking lot to .:erve itv* Crysui Bay Post Office.
