Planning Commission does not feel that <br />allowing this access is in the best interests of the City or the property owner. <br />Other means of accessing the site may be feasible via an easement through <br />adjacent property. <br />Drainage issues are of great concern since Bayside has no roadside ditch ai^ <br />runoff from adjacent properties already causes problems on the road at this <br />location.
