Subd. 4 - General parking requirements. <br />Section 10.61, Subd. 5 (A) - Setbacks for parking in residential districts: ”. . . open <br />parking spaces on lots must have a location other than a required yard except that such <br />parking may be located in a rear yard to within 10 ’ of an interior side lot line and to <br />within 10 ’ of a rear lot line.” (RR-IB Front Yard is 50 ’) <br />3. <br />4. <br />Section 10.61, Subd. 9 - Design and maintenance of parking areas. <br />Section 10.61, Subd. 10 (G): Parking requirement for any "Post Office" is ten spaces. <br />Background <br />The Crystal Bay Post Office was constructed in 1960 and acquired by the City around 1980. <br />It is the only remaining structure of the Crystal Bay government complex, and is intended to <br />continue in use as a post office for the foreseeable future. <br />If
