.4.. ... <br />■V; i <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br />Based upon the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby grants a variance <br />10 Munkipal Zoning Code Section 10.61. Subdivision 5 (A) to peimit the constniction of a <br />parking lot to be located in the retpiired front yard where a parking lot is notmally not allowed <br />in the RR-IB District, subject to the following conditions: <br />1 . Parking lot shall generally adhere to the design and site plan attached as a Exhibit <br />A. <br />2. The parking lot shall be striped for proper traffic flow. <br />3. The existing informal gravel parking area on the north side of the building shall <br />be reverted to grass. <br />4 Authorities granted by this variance run with the property not with the applic^t, <br />but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building <br />permit within one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance will <br />expire on that date (November 14, 1995). <br />5. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of tWs <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />6 The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby agrees to the terms <br />of this resolution and on behalf of itself, its heirs, successors and assigns, hereby <br />agrees to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of tiie property. <br />4 <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />. ‘V
