FUNDING NEEDS <br />L Funding <br />Coat...............................To be able to provide a diverse range of housing <br />throughout the Metropolitan areas so individuals at <br />all income levels have the opportunity to live in <br />areas of their choice. <br />Recommendation...............To create a Metropolitan Housing and <br />Redevelopment Fund to rehabilitate bousing in <br />deteriorating areas.
