Each party to this Agreement shall appoint one of its members to serve on the <br />Public Education Sub-committee. All written, audio, or video public education materials <br />prepared by any party shall be presented to the Public Education Sub-committee for review <br />and comment prior to their distribution; all educational materials distributed to the public <br />must identify each party to this Agreement as a project sponsor. <br />6. Project Manaeer <br />6.1. The MCWD Board of Managers shall be responsible for appointing the Project <br />Manager, to serve at the MCWD’s expense. <br />6.2. The Project Manager shall be responsible for coordinating the implementation of <br />the Project; coordinating communication between the parties to this Agreement; and preparing <br />quarterly progress reports to the Project Advisory Committee. <br />275/14070523 KV31/94
