3.2.6. The City of Long Lake agrees to provide to MCWD, for one dollar and other <br />valuable consideration, the land rights necessary to hold the on-shore support system <br />necessary to maintain the proposed aeration system. <br />3.3. Hennepin County <br />Hennepin County agrees to provide the necessary interim financing to MCWD for the <br />activities identified in this Agreement as MCWD responsibilities. Hennepin County’s <br />financial responsibility to this Agreement will be limited to that provided for in Minnesota <br />Statutes Section 103B.251. <br />4. Monitoring Plan <br />MCWD agrees to develop and implement a water quality monitoring plan <br />("Monitoring Plan") which will identify the specific sampling procedures, analytic methods, <br />detection limits, quality assurance and quality control procedures in order to facilitate the <br />accurate measurement of baseline data and any changes in water quality throughout the Long <br />Lake subwatershed for the duration of this project The Monitoring Plan shall be submitted <br />to the Project Advisory Committee described in paragraph 5.1 of this Agreement, on or before <br />May 1, 1995 for review and comment by all parties to this Agreement before any actions <br />implementing the Monitoring Plan are commenced. On or before June 1, following review <br />and comment by the Project Advisory Committee, the Monitoring Plan shall be agreed upon <br />and adopted by all parties as an amendment to this Agreement The MCWD shall be <br />responsible for the selection of a qualified laboratory to perform the data analysis required by <br />the Monitoring Plan and shall be responsible for the costs of the laboratory sample analysis. <br />275/14070323 10/31/94 <br />1.1
