r <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />for the <br />Long Lake Improvement Project <br />This Cooperative Agreement is made on this___day of___, 1994, by and between <br />the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (hereinafter referred to as "MCWD"), a watershed <br />district created pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 103D; the City of Long Lake <br />(hereinafter referred to as "City of Long Lake"), a body corporate and politic and a statutory <br />city in the State of Miimesota; the City of Orono (hereinafter referred to as "Orono"), a body <br />corporate and politic and a statutory city in the State of Minnesota; the City of Medina <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Medina"), a body corporate and politic and a statutory city in the <br />State of Minnesota; and Hennepin County, a body corporate and politic and a county in the <br />State of Minnesota. <br />1.
