Council member Hurt was present. Public Works Director John <br />Gerhardson and Recorder Sherry Frost represented Staff. Chair Flint called the meeting <br />to order at 8:40 p.m. <br />(#1) approval of minutes of SEPTEMBER 6,1994 <br />Howells had two corrections. Page 4, paragraph 2, should read "canott are removed" <br />rather than ’canoe racta are removed.’.
