Dick Lauer. <br />We have seen the plans of the new home for the Dorrs. We are very <br />happy and excited about having a new home next to us. « <br />undcLtdiid that the McCulleys will continue to live in the Dorrs ne <br />home during the summer months. Mr. McCulley ^ <br />the Dorrs will be spending more time at the lake and are looki g <br />ahead to retirement here. <br />We have recently been informed of a letter of objection to the <br />proposed new building at 980 Tonkawa. <br />A variance has been requested by the Dorrs to place the new <br />structure on the same site as the existing structure. If this <br />v^ance is refused, the house site will be moved back over 90 feet. <br />This will result in the destruction of the natural . <br />mature trees and the necessity to cut into a steep cliff with the <br />removal of a great amount of soil and mature plantings. <br />this variance is granted.
