i <br />1. <br />3. <br />4. <br />As a result of the proposed improvements, hardcover for this property is recorded <br />as follows: <br />A. 0-75 ’ setback area = 0 s.f. <br />B 75-250 ’ setback area = 5,725 s.f. or 25% <br />C. 250-500 ’ setback area = 2,400 s.f. or 9.23% <br />500-1,000’ setback area = 1,200 s.f. or 7.32%. <br />Upon application for a building permit, applicants shall provide a survey locating <br />pro|V:.ed structure along with detailed grading and drainage plans for new <br />construction. <br />Applicants are hereby advised that a demolition permit is required for the removal <br />of the existing cabin and detached garage. <br />Authorities granted by this variance lun with the property not with the applicants, <br />but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building <br />permit within one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance will <br />expire on that date (November 14, 1995). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicants have read, understood and hereby agree to the terms <br />of this resolution and on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, <br />hereoy agree to the recording of this resolution in the chain ot title ot the <br />property. <br />Page 3 of 6 <br />1 <br />I f iwu'r
