Habusth: <br />Minnesota Statutes 505.02 and 505.03, Plats and Surveys, require County <br />review of proposed plats abutting County roads. We reviewed the above plat <br />and make the following comments: <br />• For future improvements to the CSAH 84 McCulley Road intersection, the <br />developer should dedicate an additional 7 feet of right of way for a <br />total of 40 feet of right of way from and along the CSAH 84 centerline. <br />• The developer must have an approved Hennepin County entrance permit <br />before beginning any access construction to CSAH 84. The developer can <br />contact Dave Zetterstrom at 930-2548 for general access requirements, <br />reaction to developer proposed location of curb cuts, and entrance permit <br />forms. <br />• All proposed construction within County right of way requires an approved <br />Hennepin County permit prior to beginning construction. This includes, <br />but is not limited to drainage and utility construction, trail <br />development and landscaping.
