Conditional Use Pennit <br />Septic Review <br />The applicants propose to rebuild the existing garage with another garage of similar size <br />including a bathroom and additional plumbing facilities for a work space. The existing septic <br />system must have a suitable capacity for the additional plumbing to be installed in this staicture. <br />The existing septic system is designed for a four bedroom residence, while the existing residence <br />has only three bedrooms. The additional water usage anticipated from the proposed work space <br />will likely not exceed the capabilities of the draintield.
