Gaffron, Assistant Planning & Zoning Administrator <br />September 23, 1994 <br />Parking Lot Hardcover Variance - Jehovah ’s Witness Property, 3655 Togo Road <br />Area Drainage Concerns <br />The Jehovah ’s Witnesses congregation is proposing to expand their parking lot southward, which <br />will result in an additional 4,000 s.f. of hardcover. This item was tabled by the Planning <br />Commission at their September 19 meeting in order that the area drainage concerns be studied <br />by the City. Planning Commission requests that you review the drainage issues in this area, and <br />make recommendations as to what, if any. area drainage improvements should be attached as <br />conditions of approval if that hardcover variance for the parking lot is approved. A copy of the <br />2’ contour map for the area is attached. <br />I would appreciate if your comments and recommendations can be foiwarded to me by Monday, <br />October 10 in order that this item be placed on the Planning Commission ’s October 17 agenda <br />for action.
