Thoroughbred Lane, for the Dickey <br />property. <br />In the first phase division, the developer chose to use standard street sigris provided by the City <br />at a charge of $75 .00 each. A stop sign will be required at the intersection of Painter’s Ridge <br />Trail at Old Cry stal Bav Road and at the intersection of Thoroughbred Lane and Willow Drive. <br />The cost of a stop sign is $75.00. The developer must provide payment for signage before an <br />order can be placed by the City. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Staff Recommendation <br />MOTION: To approve the private road name of Somerset Trail within the Coffin property <br />portion of Old Crystal Bay Road 2nd Addition and Thoroughbred Lane within the Dickey <br />property portion of Old Crystal Bay Road 2nd Addition.
