There are two tegal existing exterior <br />sulls immediately adjacent to the garage doors without the need to increase paving hardcover. <br />During the many inspections of this property over the last few months, suff can report that the <br />exterior yard of this property is mairttained in excellent condition free of any exterior storage <br />which cannot be said of the many properties within the neighborhood. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />No formal action is requested of the Council if the directives of Council have been satisfied. <br />Council may provide conceptual direction to suff to amend the approved site plan reflecting five <br />legal off site sulls and the need to maintain at least three of these stalls at all times. <br />ise
