As a <br />follow-up to my call, 1 received a phone call today from Mr. Gordy J^*"}**' <br />Hennepin County. His phone number b 348-7839, and his fax number is 348-9716. <br />He told me that, if the City of Orono does not want the parcel (PID# 07-117-23-23-0001) <br />as a park, then he needs to receive a City Council resolution granting approval for <br />public sale. When he receives that, he wiU schedule the nine-acre parcel to^ included <br />in the 1995 spring sale. He said that it was too late to make the December 1994 sale. <br />I would appredate.your assistance in thb matter. If it is outside your scope of activity, <br />please pass thb request along to the appropriate person and notify me accordmgly. <br />The Bridgewood Corporation is definitely interested in the property.
