Dedication on the plat of a minimum 15’ drainage easement over a drainageway <br />along the west lot line of Lot 1 to protect principal and alternate drainfield sites. <br />6. Execution of an agreement by the subdivider and Equity to be filed on the chain <br />of title of Lot 1 that advises current and future owners of need to insull a new <br />well at the time tte alternate on-site septic system is to be insulled. <br />7. Execution of a letter agreement by Equity agreeing to execute this plat and any <br />documents required by City and further agreeing to be bound by requirements of <br />this resolution and other conditions of the City associated with the approval of <br />this subdivision. <br />8. Removal of a 14’x26.4’ addition to the accessory structure on Lot 1. The <br />structure shall remain at a 18.2’x34.5’ or 627.9 s.f. in area. <br />9. Payment to the City of a park dedication fee in the amount of $4,224.00. <br />10. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat easements and <br />covenants in the amount of $200.00. <br />11 Payment to the City of the final plat application fee of $175.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the plat of Walnut Creek. Hennepin County. Minnesota, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Prior to the development of Lot 2, future owner shall be responsible for the <br />installation of fencing around principal and alternate septic test site areas. <br />Page 2 of 3
