3. <br />A. Outk)l B is platted for future roadway purposes and shall remain as a <br />separate tax parcel until such time OutkH C is further developed. In the <br />event that Outloi C is further developed without the need for use of Oullot <br />B as roadway access, then Outlet B may be legally combined with an <br />adjacent property. <br />B. Outlets A, B and C shall remain in common ownership until Outlet C is <br />further developed. <br />C Outlet A is considered as an uribuildaWe remainder parcel and upon <br />development of Outlet C, Outlet A shall be either combined with Outlet <br />B and Lot 1 if Outlet B is not used for road purposes, or Outlet A shall <br />be legally confined with Lot I, Block I, Bay view Farms in the event that <br />Outlot B is used for roadway purposes. <br />D Outlot C is created for future devclopmeitt only, and no iKiilding permits <br />shall be issued for Outlot C until such time that it is replatted into one or <br />more buildable lots. <br />Xht agreemertt between Mr. and Mrs. Olson. Mr. and Mrs. Gcffre, and K-P <br />Properties Inc. attached to this resolution as Exhibit A shall not be revised or <br />terminated without approval of the City Council. <br />In the event that Outlot B is used as an access road serving a future development <br />in Outlot C, the residence on Lot 1 shall revise its driveway location onto said <br />outlot roadway and eliminate direct access to Bayside Road. <br />4.
