Subds. 19. 20, 21 - Conditional use permit required for all grading <br />projects in excess of 100 cu. yds <br />2.Sertion 10.55. Subd. 5(A) - The Flood Plain and Wetlands Conservation area includes <br />those areas designated and shown as "stream, lake, marsh, wooded marsh, submerged <br />marsh, inundation area . . ."on the USGS quadrangle topographic maps. <br />3.Section 10.55, Subd. 8 - Development restriction; prohibition.
