MN 55402 type OF APPLICATION: Recemsideration of Applicat #1860 DATE OF September 12 VOTE: 5 FOR 0 AGAINST COUNCIL ACTION - MOTION: Council provided the following directives concerning your specific request and other mtters concerning the approved multiple dwelling use of your mother’s property. Zelma McKinney: 1. Council voted t^ainst waivii^ the paymeiu of the sewer and water charges for the second residential dwelling unit. 2. Applicant has unul September 25th to have all equipment stored in second garage sull removed. Suff shall confirm this has been completed on Monday. September 26th. 3. The use of the bedroom in the lower level is of major concern for the Council. They have asked that the police inspect the facility over the next two weeks to ensure that the room is not being used as a sleeping room. Suff would recommend that rather than have police visiting the site each evening to view whether the room was being used as a sleeping room, we would recommend m its Dlace that you arrange to have an inspection by the Orono Building staff no later than Friday. September 16th. at which titne they may leconunend that your tenatm be directed to teiimve the bed from the lower level bedroOT »tha thOT is DO potetitial use of the room as a sleeping room. It is pmible that after inspection, suff may offer other options for a bedroom use m the lower level. I think it imperative that by the 26th you leaal caress window will be installed.
