MINLTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 12. 1194 CNGINECR RCPOirT Cook reported the compleliofi of the Old Ciyetal Bay Road bridge was six weeks away (11/1/94). The Brown Road proiect should start this week.
