Permit - Baker Park. An occasional permit valid <br />for a period not to exceed a total of 3 days in any one year shall <br />be issued to Hennepin Parks for the discharge of shot guns in <br />hunting of game animals in Baker Park. In addition to other <br />applicable conditions outlined in this Subdivision other applicable <br />conditions outlined in Subdivision 7(A) through 7(C)» the Park <br />District must notify all abutting property owners by letter 10 days <br />in advance of the proposed hunt and that appropriate signage be <br />posted around the Park Reserve District boundaries to 1imit <br />unauthorized access during the hunt. <br />D. Permits, Occasional. Occasional permits valid <br />for a period under 4A or 4B as deemed appropriate by the City may <br />be granted to clubs or persons for: <br />Subd. 5. B-B Gun. The use of a B-B gun or air rifle is <br />subject to the following circumstances: <br />A. There is a demonstrated nuisance of the animal <br />to the property owner. <br />B.
