Permit - Baker Park. An occasional permit valid <br />for a period not to exceed a total of 3 days in any one year shall <br />be issued to Hennepin Parks for the discharge of shot guns in <br />hunting of game animals in Baker Park. In addition to other <br />applicable conditions outlined in this Subdivision other applicable <br />conditions outlined in Subdivision 7(A) through 7(C)» the Park <br />District must notify all abutting property owners by letter 10 days <br />in advance of the proposed hunt and that appropriate signage be <br />posted around the Park Reserve District boundaries to 1imit <br />unauthorized access during the hunt. <br />D.
