Termination of this Agreement <br />This Agreement may be terminated by either the method detailed in <br />Section 9 or by mutual agreement of all Contracting Cities. Special Provision for the City of Medina <br />The objective of this Agreement is to provide a three year continuation <br />of Fire Protection Service for the Contracting Cities under known <br />terms and within agreed upon financial limits in exchange for a <br />commitment by each Contracting City to participate for a minimum of <br />three years. Notwithstanding that, the Cities of Long Lake and Orono <br />extend to the City of Medina the Fire Protection terms of this <br />Agreement during the years 1994, 1995 and 1996 with the following <br />Special Provision to allow the City of Medina to review its Fire <br />Protection requirements in more detail before committing to this <br />Agreement for three years. During the Penod Covered (19.1), City of <br />Medina ratification of 1995 and 1996 Annual Budget Packages is not <br />required for the term of the Agreement to be extended. If the City of <br />Medina does ratify the either the 1995 or 1996 Annual Budget <br />Package the City shall by that action be considered to have agieed to <br />the terms of this Agreement and commits to its three year previsions. <br />However, even if the City of Medina does not ratify either the 1995 or <br />the 1996 Annual Budget Package it shall be considered to have met <br />the terms of this Agreement for the initial period 1994 through 1996 <br />but it will not be a Contracting City thereafter. <br />19.1 The period <br />The period covered by this Special Provision shall be the Contract <br />Years 1995 and 1996 except as provided in 19.4 below. <br />19.2 Provision to adjust City Fire Service Area <br />2
