City Budget Percentage = [ (City Market Percent x 0.70 ) + (Call <br />Percent x 0.30) ] <br />D. City Budget Share = (City Budget Percentage /1 00) x (Annual <br />Operating Budget less Major Equipment expenditures) <br />E. The City Budget Share of Major Equipment expenditures is <br />determined under the provision of Section 17. <br />16.4 City Call Hours, Total Call Hours, City Fire Service Area Market <br />Values Total Fires Service Area Market Value, and City Budget <br />Percents for 1994 are shown in Appendix B attached. <br />16.5 The Annual Budget Package for 1994 (Which includes the <br />Annual Operating Budget for 1994, the Year Two Budget (for 1995), <br />and the Year Three Budget (for -1996) are shown in Appendix C <br />attached. <br />17. Major Eomoment Funding <br />Each Contracting City agrees to maintain its own fund for Major <br />Equipment. Major Equipment is defined as "rolling stock' or similar <br />major equipment assets required for performing the fire department <br />mission in the Fire Protection Area. To qualify as Major Equipment <br />such assets must have a initial purchase value of at least $20,000.00 . <br />When a Major Equipment item is to be purchased the following <br />process for shanng the funding will be used.
