The City's Budget Share will be based upon a tormula which takes into account the Market Value of the protected property and the fire department manpower resources utilized to protect the property. The objective is to fairly allocate "Insurance" type costs and "eftort and variable" type costs. The Contracting Cities have agreed that 70% of the share allocation will be based upon Market Value and 30% upon fire department hours expended on calls to the City Fire Service Area. 8
