In 1985 total lot area was <br />calculated at 44,600 s.f. Appli^ts’ architect calculated total lot area at 33,600 s.f. Reduced <br />wa calculations had a major impact on the hardcover and structural coverage percentages <br />Gaffron has recalculated the area of the lot for final review and finds total lot area at 43 529 s f <br />The foUowing ordinances are pertinent for this review: <br />1.
