The north end of the existing driveway encroaches into the 10-foot side yard <br />setback. The applicant proposes to realign this portion of the driveway outside of the <br />setback. The driveway should be paved no less than 12 feet wide. This will require <br />some minor grading of the yard area west of the driveway. Both the setback area and <br />the disturbed yard area should be sodded within one month of the grading work. <br />I 8 <br />Several areas of the existing driveway are broken up and should be removed and <br />patched. The entire driveway should then be sealed and overlayed with 1.5 inches of <br />bituminous. <br />At least two days prior to paving the overlay, the City should be notified for inspection <br />purposes.
