The City <br />became aware of the lack of egress windows during a site inspection on September 9, 1993 and <br />it was called to your attention during your conditional use permit application procedure. Due <br />to the extreme hazard of this condition, the City must require you to cease the use of the <br />bedrooms as soon as possible. Please arrange access for City inspection staff to verify egress <br />window installation or discontinued use of the rooms before September 2, 1994. If this deadline <br />is not met, the City will initiate legal action.
