r <br />B. Scheduled travel to the Orono Police Department <br />Offices at the beginning or end of shifts, or for break <br />periods as called for by Union Contract. <br />C. Looping through Orono as a part of regular patrol <br />patterns through the City of Long Lake. The loops that <br />are permitted will have been agreed upon in advance by <br />the Long Lake representatives to the Police Commission. <br />D. Transporting prisoners to the Orono Police <br />Department, Hennepin County Jail, Juvenile Detention <br />Center, Detox Center, or other locations as necessary. <br />There shall be the equivalent of four additional officers, who <br />when on duty shall be stationed within the City of Spring <br />Park. During the period in which supplemental police service <br />hours are provided, the staff member(s) assigned to provide <br />such service will be physically within the city limits of <br />Spring Park at all times save for the following: <br />A. Responding to Necessary Calls which are defined as <br />calls created by immediate necessity for police service, <br />such as resp .iding to a medical emergency, a crime in <br />progress, an officer requiring immediate assistance, etc. <br />Such calls will always be a part of the communications <br />log of the Orono police department and the officer <br />responding will have been directed by official <br />communication to respond to the Necessary Call. <br />B.
