Gronberg <br />dated 4/14/94 revised 7/22/94 with parcels labeled A, B, C and D per the <br />attached drawing. On the survey, provide legal descriptions for p^els A, B. C <br />and D. Provide signature lines for all property owners with an interest in the <br />subject properties (spouses, etc.; signature lines must be signed), tl» Mayor, City <br />Clerk, and date of final approval. <br />3. Provide 2 copies of survey 1" = 200 ’ for City records. <br />4 yiie property owner(s) must complete combmation forms at the City offices upon <br />final approval of the subdivision. <br />a) Parcels A and C combined <br />b) Parcels B and D combined. <br />5. Submit copies of signed Drainage & Utility Easements (City wUl provide <br />document format, your surveyor must provide legal descriptions). <br />All final submittals must be submitted to this office 10 days before the mee^ at which Council <br />will grant final subdivision approval. The Council meets on the 2nd airf 4th Monday of the <br />month. Regular meetings are rescheduled if they conflict with a national holiday. <br />Applkamfs next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt of a^itional <br />raSltiin. for the September 12. 1994 meeting is September 2 (or September 16 for the <br />September 26 nKeting). <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission ^utes. they are available <br />from the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning Commission.
