A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A METES AND BOUNDS <br />SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />OF PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br />Jt286/3290 NAVARRE LANE <br />FILE NO. 1957 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit> of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br />has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land <br />within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br />a lot line rearrangement by Jacquelynn J. Segner and Charalampos and Linda N. Marinos <br />(hereinafter "the subdividers”) of properties legally described as follows: <br />Lots 44, 45, 46 and 47, "Wallace’s Addition to the Village of Minnetonka Beach", <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a <br />metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for division and combination purposes. <br />NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono hereby appiovcs the metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for <br />Jacquelynn J. Segner and Charalampos and Linda N. Marinos as shown on the Certificate of <br />Survey by Mark S. Gronberg, a Registered Land Surveyor of Coffin & Gronberg Inc., dated <br />April 14,1994, revisexi July 72, 1994, revised September 8, 1994 and attached to this resolution <br />as Exhibit A, subject lo tiic following conditions: <br /># <br />1.Upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council of Orono, the respective <br />owners must apply to tlie City for legal combination for tax purposes all of the <br />existing and newly created parcels by intended ownership per the proposed legal <br />descriptions labeled A and B in that same survey, and per the combinations <br />shown on the sketch attached to this resolution as Exhibit B. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />---- .
