This proposed <br />lot line rearrangement accomplishes that. <br />Please review the memo and exhibits of August 9, 1994 for additional information regarding <br />these properties. Briefly: <br />Sewer was assessed to these properties previously. Each resulting lot has a smb <br />available. Future owners will pay a S225 unit charge and current SAC charge <br />upon issuance of building permits. <br />City water is not available and applicants have the option of installing private <br />wells or requesting municipal wafer extension at their expense. <br />Hillside Place is a 25’ public right-of-way currently existing as a private driveway <br />serving 2250 Bayview Place and 3300 Navarre Lane, both of which are owned <br />by Ms. Segner. Because adding even one additional unit would trigger the <br />requirement for an upgrade of Hillside Place to a private road, Ms. Segner has <br />agreed to eliminate and redirect accesses from the two existing houses, leaving
