On-Site Systems Manager <br />DATE: August 3, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: Application #1956, Tom and Chris Smieja - Septic Review <br />A sertic review is required due to the proposed addition onto the existing residence at 4040 <br />Wa“ r^own Road. The two issues of importance would be whether the existing system ts of <br />size and whether the proposed addition would encroach on a potential future drainfield <br />site. <br />The nronosed additions are to the east and west and to the existing house. The number of <br />S^rS^^l rm^ same with no significant increase in the number of fixtums or water <br />Sr devices No alternate site is possible adjacent to the existing structure where the addmons <br />rpro^«d duern an insufficient area meeting setbacks from the road, driveway, and o ^ <br />The^mo^st likely place for a replacement system would be east of the existing driveway south <br />^ existing drai^ield system.
