The map is attached for Council <br />review.^ Tte soulhem edge of the proposed parking lot would be approximately 34 feet from <br />the property line of the residential property to the south. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to refer the application for a setback variance, to enable the construction of a parking <br />lot for the Crystal Bay Post Office, to the Planning Commission.
