Greg Tnichinski, the applicant, <br />has advised that he will attend the August 22nd meeting. It is also staffs understanding that <br />David MacMillan will be in attendance. The application remains the same as originally <br />proposed in the staff memo of July 21, 1994. The packet has been recopied for Council’s <br />convenience. <br />The applicant has paid the penalty fee of $125.00. <br />Please advise staff if Councilmembers seek additional information to assist in making their <br />recommendation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To adopt or amend the approval resolution as drafted by staff per the Planning Commission <br />recommendation, subject to the City ’s receipt of fiilly executed Hold Harmless Agreements by <br />Whitney MacMillan and Greg Truchinski and a Covenant Not to Sue by David MacMillan.
