On-Site Systems Manager <br />DATE:August 3, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: Application #1951, Kendrick Melrose - Septic Review <br />The purpose of the septic review is to determine whether the proposed addition to die south side <br />of the existing house will affect the existing septic system as well as the future drainfield site. <br />The existing and fi'ture drainfield sites are several hundred feet north of the existing house and <br />will not be affected by the proposed addition. The addition is a family room which will not <br />affect the water usage within the residence and is not near the existing system or the future <br />drainfield site. <br />Based on the above information, the home addition will not affect the existing sewage treatment <br />system, nor will it affect the fumre drainfield site.
