81*1 □OKifiO <br />Attest: <br />?oSS '.T vS'oS'ST.S t T.SS <br />vvHFREAS the City of Orono has executed a Joint Cooperation Agreement with <br />He^epin Coun^o“;!l pu^se'^of pan.c,pacing cn cha 1^994 (Year XX, Urban Hennep.n <br />County Cotnmunity Development Block Grant Program; and <br />W-HEREAS, Hennepin County is the recipient of an annual grant from the U.S. <br />Depaitment of Housing and Utban Development for purposes ot ‘he program, and the City <br />a subrecipient under the program and receives a share of the grant, an <br />WHEREAS, program regulations require that the City and County execute a <br />Subrecipient Agreement which sets fotth the specific implementation processes tor activities to <br />be undertaken with program funds. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono C:ty council hereby <br />authorizes and'directs the Mayor and the City Council to execute the Subrecipient Agreement <br />on behalf of the City.. <br />Adopted by the Orono Council at a regular Council meeting on----------- <br />Dorothy M.
