Marfield and Joyce Maifield (hefeioafter "tliei^iplicaota”) <br />are ownen of the propefty located at 2455 Scotch Pine Lane within the City of Orono <br />(hereinnfker "City ”) and le^% deicribed as follows: <br />Lot 1.
