The City Attorney has reviewed the restrictive covenant to be filed against <br />the chain of title of Lot 1 advising of the need to install a new well at the time the alternate <br />septic site is to be installed. The 14’x26.4’ addition to the rear of the accessory structure wiUiin <br />Lot 1 has been removed. The structure at 627.9 s.f. will be located 10 from the east lot line. <br />The final plat approval resolution has been drafted by staff for Council’s review and action. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution. <br />•i
