The subject property consbts of 2+ acres. <br />The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on June 20,1994, and <br />recommended approval of the variances as amended based upon the foUcwing <br />findings: <br />The sloping topography to the rear and west of the residence prevents <br />court from beii^ moved more to the center of the rear yard.
