I discussed the possibility of settlement with the City Council in closed <br />last "«gfc» Specifically. 1 summarized the contents of your letter of June 27. 1994 <br />(which 1 have also forwarded to the City Administrator under separate cover letter) and <br />outlined terms on which you and Tom Barrett thought the case might be settled.
