"Surface Water-Oriented Commercial Use" - The <br />of business. <br />462. <br />24. "Water-Oriented Accessory Structure or <br />Facility" - A small# above ground building or other improvement, <br />except stairwaySf fences# docks# and retaining <br />because of the relationship of its use to a surface water <br />reasonably needs to be located closer to public waters than the <br />^oritl strunure setback. "Wetland" - Shall have the same meaning as <br />defined in Section 10.55 of the zoning code. <br />Subd. 4. Jurisdiction. The provisions of this ordinance <br />shall apply to the shorelands of the public water bodies as <br />classified in Subdivision 7 of this ordinance. <br />Subd. 5. Compliance. The use of any shore land of <br />watersi the size and shape of lots? the use# <br />the subdivision of land shall be in full compliance with the terms <br />of this section and other applicable regulations. <br />Subd. 6. Enforcement. The Zoning Administrator is <br />responsible for the administration and enforcement of this <br />ordinance.
