N(W <br />that the new city facilities U located in the boundaries of Precinct 4 it is reasonable to use the <br />Council Chambers as a polling location. <br />sure law tequites that a change in polling place location be accomplished prior to August 12th <br />of this year. This wUI provide enough lime for postal notification to all registered voters m the <br />precinct to be notified of the chaise in location. <br />A proposed resolution outlining the change ,i polling location is attached for Council action. <br />As you will recall the polling location for Precinct 1 was changed in April 1993 from the former <br />Council Chambers in Crystal Bay to the Minnetonka Center for the Arts. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQLT:STED: <br />Motion to approve proposed resolution. <br />.
