•• <br />ATTACli •sLiaJCils' <br />The following must accompany this application: <br />1.CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY indicating the boundaries of the marina property and the <br />authorized dock use area, the location of all structures, storage areas, docks, slips, buoys, <br />launching ramps, gas pumps and tanks, parking areas, access areas, fencing and landscaping <br />features. The drawing shall be updated each year to show all existing facilities, ail changes <br />from the previous season, and any changes proposed for the duration of the current <br />application.
