The recent revisions to both phases 1 <br />and 2 have been minor changes in the lot lines, septic sites and pond design. ITic plan is <br />acceptable from an engineering stundpoint. <br />The final plans must show how the drainage will be handled on Lot 3, Block 1, on the <br />Dickey Parcel. ITie preliminary plans do not show how the existing 24” culvert will be <br />extended past the proposed trail, or how the ditch drainage from Old Crystal Bay Road will <br />be routed to the propo.scd pond. <br />Please contact me at this office if you have any questions regarding this matter. <br />Yours very truly, <br />BONESTROO, ROSENE.
